This website presents RecallMaker’s branding, marketing, web, IT, and event management services. Use it lawfully and do not interfere with its security, availability, or operation.
2. Project scope and agreements
Website information and inquiry submissions do not create a binding quotation or service contract. Deliverables, timelines, revisions, fees, third-party costs, payment terms, intellectual property rights, and support arrangements must be agreed in writing for each project. A project agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.
3. Inquiries
Provide accurate information and share only materials you are authorized to provide. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, confidential credentials, or sensitive personal information through this form. An inquiry does not require either party to proceed with a project.
4. Intellectual property and imagery
RecallMaker branding, original website text, and original design materials may not be commercially copied or used without permission. Third-party materials belong to their owners. The website’s conceptual images are used to explain our capabilities. They do not depict our actual team, premises, completed client projects, or client endorsements. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are set out in individual agreements.
5. Third-party services
Some projects may involve advertising platforms, hosting, software subscriptions, payment providers, or other external services. Their terms, fees, availability, and restrictions are controlled by those providers. Applicable costs and responsibilities should be agreed in the project scope.

Marketing results, rankings, advertising approvals, sales, and third-party platform availability cannot be guaranteed.
