2. Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, selected service, and project details, together with any company name or telephone number you choose to provide. We also receive your privacy acknowledgment, marketing preference, submission time, and page address. Our hosting and form-delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information for operation and security.
3. How we use information
We use inquiry information to understand your requirements, respond, prepare proposals, and follow up on your requested project. We also use information where necessary to operate and secure our services, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. We do not use an inquiry as automatic permission to send promotional email.
4. Basis for processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, responding to your project request may involve steps before a contract, and agreed services may involve performance of a contract. Security and ordinary business administration may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Optional marketing relies on your separate consent. Legal obligations may require us to retain certain records.
5. Form delivery and service providers
When you submit the form, your information is sent to FormSubmit for delivery to info@recallmaker.com. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field. Direct submissions use FormSubmit’s AJAX endpoint; its alternative verification page may present a reCAPTCHA check. Its documentation states that submission archives are retained for 30 days. Hosting, email, and technical service providers may also process information needed to deliver their services. Please review FormSubmit’s privacy notice and Google’s privacy policy where applicable.
6. International processing
RecallMaker operates from Bangladesh. Information submitted from another country will be received in Bangladesh, and service providers may process it in other countries. Contact us before sharing information that is subject to specific location or contractual requirements. Any required contractual safeguards for a client project should be agreed before that project’s personal data is transferred.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, evaluate or manage the potential business relationship, and resolve related questions. Records connected to an active project may be retained for contractual, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal needs. Marketing details are used until you withdraw consent or they are no longer needed; limited suppression records may be retained to respect opt-outs. Provider archives and mailbox records have separate retention arrangements.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to relevant processing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing info@recallmaker.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Marketing consent is optional. You can submit an inquiry without selecting marketing updates. Required form fields are needed to understand and reply to your request; other details are optional.
9. Cookies and automated decisions
Google Tag Manager (GTM-K3Z9ST3S) loads only after you accept optional cookies. The analytics or marketing tags configured in that container may process device, browser, and usage information.
